Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for production and shipping of your order. Any questions or updates regarding your order please submit a form on the Contact Us Page.

Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges 

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please submit a form on the Contact Us page.

Refund or exchange claims made (60) days after item is received will not be considered. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after (30) days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.

  1. Availability: Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on our website with an expected shipping date. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
  2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. This payment secures your item and is processed as a regular purchase.
  3. Order Updates: We will keep you informed via email about any updates or changes to your pre-order, including adjustments to the estimated shipping date.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery: The estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. We strive to meet these dates but ask for your understanding if delays occur.
  • Shipping Method: Pre-orders will ship via standard shipping once they are available. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.
  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will ship immediately unless you request otherwise. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships without any penalty. Please contact our customer service team to process the cancellation.
  • Modifications: If you need to modify the size or color of a pre-order item, please reach out to us, and we will accommodate your request based on availability.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Pre-order items can be returned according to our standard return policy, which allows returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for pre-order items are subject to availability. If the desired size or color is not available, you may return the original item and place a new pre-order.
